Availability Terms & Conditions

Our full Terms and Conditions are detailed on the reverse of the booking form, and can be downloaded from the Availability page. Please download and read before you book.

Things to Note:

• All holidays commence on Fridays.
• Smoking is NOT allowed.
• We do not accept pets although we will accept registered guide dogs by arrangement.
• The rental price includes duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and heating. Towels must not be used for the beach. 
• Stair gates, high chair and travel cot (but no bedding) are also included in the cost.
• A Canadian canoe is available for use on the estuary at your own risk. Some life jackets are available.
• There is no telephone landline, but there is reasonable mobile phone reception.
• To secure the booking, a deposit of one third of the total rental cost is required. We do not accept credit or bank cards. Payment by cheque only payable to Mr & Mrs R Bright.
• Final payment and a £200 returnable security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
• Short breaks of 3, 4 or 5 nights can only be booked within 6 weeks of the proposed stay.   3 nights at 70% weekly tariff; 4 nights at 80% and 5 nights at 90%.  Short breaks are not available during High Season.
